Hold, Fold or Walk Away: How to Play

It may seem like we’re balancing on a tightrope when it comes to staying on task in our everyday lives. Maintaining a hectic work schedules riddled with frequent coffee shop trips might be enough of a routine. For gaming fans who lack the ability to be road warriors, a visit to gambling sites might be worth checking out. If card games seem intriguing, try Black Jack. The rules include:

  • Players must get as close to the number 21 without going over that value.
  • Cards that have a king, queen or jack are worth 10 points, while an ace is worth one point or 11.
  • Single bets can made several times at one game, but multiple wagers cannot be placed within each box.

Although we might enjoy what lady luck can offer at the casino we can still reap the benefits of e-gaming from the sofa. If the words of Kenny Rogers come to mind, why not play another popular game? Try a round of poker and keep in mind:

  • To get things started we can “up the ante” with pocket change, but it doesn’t count as an actual bet.
  • Two players (usually to the dealer’s left) are persuaded to make a wager before seeing any cards.
  • Amongst many game variations, bets and rounds can be limited according to the players’ decision.

For some casino enthusiasts, Baccarat is another option. Face cards do not have any worth, and starting bets are painstakingly high. Only two to three cards are dealt, three maximum. The games are fun, and although we can’t necessarily control the hand we’re dealt, we can find something we enjoy playing.
